Local Deliveries:

Local Next day Delivery: Order must be received by 5:00 p.m., EST ($14.95 flat fee, Free local delivery if purchase is over $75). Same Day Local Delivery available. Please call customer service at 844-LUV-GRAM.

Shipping Outside Local Area:

3-Day delivery (UPS or USPS): $19.95 flat fee.
FedEx Next Day delivery: Orders must be received by Noon, EST. Call customer service for pricing and conditions.
Sunday and Same Day delivery is currently unavailable outside the local area.

Timing and Delivery of Orders

Customers placing a local order after 5 p.m., EST: The first available delivery date shown on the calendar will be the next business day. For example, if the order is placed at 5:01 p.m., EST on Sunday, 4/2/2017, the first available delivery date appearing on the calendar will be Monday, 4/3/2017.

Returns, Exchanges and Merchandise Credits:

We package customer orders with the utmost care and attention to detail. If your order is damaged in transit or if there’s another problem with the order, please call or email us immediately so we can assist you. Due to the nature of our products and the labor involved in processing refunds, we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly issue you a merchandise exchange credit for the full amount of your original purchase, and we give our customers one full year to redeem their credit. Please be sure to call us within 48-hours if there’s an issue with your order so we can remedy the issue and/or re-deliver a new product to you promptly. To redeem merchandise credits, enter the merchandise promotion code in the promo code field when checking out or call to place your order. Thank you!

Order Confirmation Numbers:

Because we are working with live flowers, order processing times are contingent upon many factors (namely, the type of flowers used in the arrangement, the season, occasion, event location and the event date). Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email with your order confirmation information. We will contact you with any questions about your order or if floral substitutions are necessary.

Please retain your order confirmation email for your records. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us or give us a call. We’d love to hear from you!
