Donya's Florals Releases COVID-19/OSHA Re-Opening Guidelines
For Retail Floral Spaces:
- Practice social distancing by maintaining six feet between co-workers and customers, where possible
- Demarcate six-foot distances with floor tape and other appropriate signage at checkout lines and general retail areas
- Offer and Promote Touchless Floral Delivery and Call Ahead Curbside Store Pickup for the safety and convenience of customers, staff
- Provide staff and customers with hand sanitizer, tissues, trash receptacles, face masks, clear face shields, and/or disposable gloves
- Train staff on proper hygiene practices and the use of workplace controls
- Maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routine cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces and equipment
- Install Plexiglas Shields (germ guards) at Cash Register/POS Stations during high traffic periods and events
- Add "Please Do Not Touch Flowers", "Please Do Not Touch Plants", "Please Do Not Touch Merch" signs for surface area, product safety
