Happy February! The official countdown to Valentine's Day is finally here. Let me start by saying, I love you for reading our weekly Sunday Spotlight. Time is precious, so we're grateful you think enough of us to hit our blog pages. :-)
While this week's spotlight will be brief, we did consider at the last minute doing a "This is Love" post every Sunday during the month of February. Sounds interesting and time-consuming, right? Yeah, we thought so too, so we stuck with our original less interesting plan to share our holiday hours with our customers.
Holiday Shipping Hours and Blackout Delivery Dates
WHERE DO YOU SHIP ORCHIDS?
We ship Fresh Plants (Orchids) to most states in the continental United States, except Arizona, California, Louisiana, and Texas. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally (including Canada).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP URNS?
We ship Faux Flowers (Memorials and Urns) to all states, funeral home direct, unless otherwise requested by the family.
MAY I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Yes. Add a personalized ribbon or custom greeting card, to any orchid plant order or custom urn.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY SHIPPING?
All orders received by 12 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship that same day from our facility in St. Augustine, Florida via FedEx 3-day. Orders received after 12 PM EST will go out the following business day. Orders received after 5 PM EST on Friday, will go out on the following Monday.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE PRESENT TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
Recommended but not required. When ordering plants to be delivered, it is always best to track and manage the shipment with care. High heat, excess rain, and cold weather will damage or kill any plant exposed to these conditions. For business, funeral home, or event orders, a signature is required.
