1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5a. It is recommended that you provide us with the recipient's phone number, email address and detailed instructions on how to handle arrangements when the recipient is not home (i.e. leave on the back patio, leave with neighbor located @ 123 address rd., etc.)
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Designer's Choice meaning we hand select a combination of fresh flowers and greenery for the recipient. This is a partnership, so we encourage our subscribers to advise us if certain flowers should be avoided for personal reasons (i.e. no carnations).
