Customize Your Resting Site Flower Placements by Donya's Florals Subscription

Finally, a Cemetery Flower program with the reliability your loved one deserves. Not only do we place your loved one's flowers every month, season, or year, but we also remove old flowers, perform light area cleaning of the lot space on your scheduled placement day, and send a photo to your phone or email. We also give our resting site subscribers the freedom to select fresh or silk flower placement throughout the year. Due to the nature of this service, our resting site flower placement program is available to memorial parks based in St. John's, Volusia, Clay, and Duval Counties.

Important Notes

You will be billed 5 days before your scheduled date

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5a. It is recommended that you provide us with the recipient's phone number, email address and detailed instructions on how to handle arrangements when the recipient is not home (i.e. leave on the back patio, leave with neighbor located @ 123 address rd., etc.)
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Designer's Choice meaning we hand select a combination of fresh flowers and greenery for the recipient. This is a partnership, so we encourage our subscribers to advise us if certain flowers should be avoided for personal reasons (i.e. no carnations).
