Shipping and Delivery FAQs

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the 48 continental united states. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally (including Canada).

 

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE THERE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

We do not require someone to be home to receive the order. However, as these are live goods, to ensure the best quality of your plant, we recommend bringing the packaging inside as soon as possible. High heat, excess rain, and cold weather will damage or kill your plant.

For business or bulk orders, a signature is required.

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

We're sorry, at this time we do not allow for customized ordering, but look for us to add this in the future.

 

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY SHIPPING?

All orders received by 12pm EST Monday through Friday will ship that same day from our facility in Oberlin, Ohio via UPS Ground. Orders received after 12pm EST will go out the following business day. Orders received after 5PM EST on Friday, will go out on the following Monday. With Standard Shipping, all orders should arrive between 3-5 business days.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Sure! Just contact us and let us know what you'd like to change.

Because our primary clients are already either stressed, busy or both, it is our first priority to handle their orders with the utmost care. But we do not do this work alone. We partner growers, funeral home staff and logistics teams nationwide. So when something goes wrong, we are your first line of defense. Please contact us so we can make things right.

 

Order FAQs

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Order Confirmation - You will receive an order confirmation email listing your order details. 

Order Prepping - When your order is being prepared to be shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number – it may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to become active. 

Order Delivered – Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9AM – 5pm ET. Saturdays 10AM - 2PM ET. We will do our best to get back to you within 2 business days. 

 

Our Holiday Operations schedule

Our offices will be closed and no shipments or customer service will be available on these days:

  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 28, 2024
  • Christmas Eve: Tuesday, December 24, 2024
  • Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024
  • New Year’s Eve: Tuesday, December 31, 2024
